More dancing Bella!

Looking more like a cheerleader in this one!

Watching herself dance in Mommy's shoes- and she has Daddy's shoes ready to try next!

Golfing

Bella got to use her new pink golf clubs for the first time this week. Even though the weather was near perfect, she wanted to wear a winter hat. Why not? She has some practicing to do, but for a 2 year old, she's off to a great start!

100 days

Wow! Just 100 days left until Bella becomes a BIG SISTER! That is, it's 100 days until May 31st, the due date. Sweet little Lucy Elizabeth will probably arrive before that date.

If the way she LOVES to play with her dollies is any indication, Bella will love being a big sister. She changes their diapers (a lot), puts baby shoo poo (shampoo) all over them, and takes them in their stroller all over the house. Here she is reading to her babies. In the second picture, she is showing her baby the face that Dora is making in the book. She calls them all her babies, but sometimes they have names. Last night, for example, one of them was named "Ho Ho". We're just glad she didn't decide that was what she wanted to name her baby sister! :)

"Mato songs" and more!

Bella loved opening her Valentine's gifts! She got a Veggie Tales sing along DVD and new Veggie Tales CD. She calls the Veggie Tales her "Mato songs" which does make sense, because one of the lead singers is a tomato! She also got a new nightgown, but she hasn't been able to wear it yet because it has been SO cold. Finally, today she got to enjoy some candy from Grandma.

Dancing Queen

I was in a childhood friend's wedding last weekend. We all had a good time, but Bella had a BLAST. She was excited to be around Britton, one of her best buddies. They had a great time running around the room ringing their little bells. Then came the dancing...she danced ALL evening at the reception. Bella did not want to be taken away from the stage. She cried when we had to take her away so the bride could dance with her dad and new husband. I finally got a picture of Bella and the bride, Ellie, but Bella wasn't very happy in the picture because we had just taken her off stage!

Britton and Bella Hug! Ringing the bells!
And the dancing begins!

Here comes Britton!
And...they're crashing!
Bella's back up for more!

So much fun! Ellie the bride and one sad Bella:

We just returned from a vacation with my parents to Breckenridge, Colorado (or as Bella would say, Coldorado). Here are a few favorite pictures.
