Lots of Snow!

SNOW! Bella loved the snow we had. She loved just looking out the window at it for the first couple of days.
Being stuck inside all day was hard though! We decided it was a good time to make a gingerbread house. As I was mixing up the icing, Bella came running and saying, "my birthday cake!" The last time I used the mixer was for her birthday cake, so she thought it was time for another. In fact, she called the gingerbread house her birthday cake the whole time we were working on it. She was being very sneaky with the decorations. She would get oh-so-close to putting something on the house. Then- poof- into her mouth it would go! We also took tons of potential pictures for our Christmas card. I think we came up with some good ones- you'll see those soon!

Eventually, with Daddy's help, Bella got to play in the snow. She even got to go sledding on her purple sled. We have a great sledding area for little ones in our neighborhood with "hills" just the right size for Bella. She named it "Sled Hill," in fact. It was hard to get her back inside- she loved it (and Daddy did too)!
