Christmas Eve

We had a busy Christmas Eve and Christmas day, but we love that we get to spend time with so much of our family. On Christmas Eve, we went to Brian's extended family get together. All of the cousins have so much fun together, and Santa visits with each of them. Brian's dad came over to watch the girls so we could go to our church's candlelight communion service. Bella was still up at 12:30am(!) when we got home. She was just SO wound up and excited. Sugar plums must have been dancing her in head.
How many sweets has this little girl had?
Lucy wondering just who this guy is...
Bella really was telling Santa what she wanted, which changed almost daily this year. She mentioned a dollhouse, a dolly, a yellow workshop, and a drum.
Lucy and Grandpa took turns making faces at each other.
Lucy was passed around so much by everyone, but she was in such a good mood!
Bella hanging out with the boys (Jake and AJ):
Brian read the girls The Night Before Christmas, just like my Dad used to read to us every year. I love traditions!
Santa must have taken this picture before he left our house, knowing that we would want to remember what it looked like before the beautiful presents turned into toys everywhere!
(Christmas morning pictures coming soon)
